Overview
Smiling Bard is an EdTech platform that helps teachers generate curriculum-aligned lesson plans in seconds. Built in Bubble.io, the app streamlines lesson creation through structured form inputs and contextual AI responses tailored to each teacher's subject area, age group, and learning goals.
While the UI and overall user experience were already in place, I was brought in to support the founder with the more advanced technical elements of the build, bridging the gap between the app's creative design and its complex functional requirements.
My Role
My focus was on implementing robust AI integrations, data handling, and backend logic. I worked closely with the founder to transform their vision into a fully functional AI-driven teaching assistant.
